DePew Electric was founded on more than 20 years of experience serving southern Minnesota and a lifelong dream to build a trusted contracting business. We are officially launching our business in 2025 with a clear mission: to provide top-tier workmanship, honest pricing, and dependable service.

Our family-owned business became a reality after my wife and I became empty nesters. With three grown sons and decades of experience under my belt, I finally took the leap to pursue a dream that had been quietly growing since I first became an electrician. Starting this business isn’t just a career move—it’s a personal milestone, built on family, community, and a deep love for the craft. 

We’re proud to call South Central Minnesota home. Here, we combine expert electrical solutions with a friendly, down-to-earth approach. We believe great service begins with real relationships and a commitment to doing the job right—every single time.
